Let your confidence shine, pretty girl! Glowing and brightening skin is a dream of every girl and even boys are obsessed. It is a sign of confidence and a good personality. Skincare products are needed now to make your skin and face glowing and brightening, in addition to overcoming skin problems. Lack of sleep, pollution, poor diet and long exposure to the sun’s UV rays are the causes that affect our skin texture. Do you long for a naturally gorgeous complexion? Do you wish that you had absolutely beautiful, glowing skin? There are thousands of beauty products that guarantee to give you glowing skin. Read on to hear about some must-try easy home remedies to get glowing skin.


1. Apply The Aloe Vera Gel


Aloe Vera has a vast array of benefits for the skin that range from soothing irritations, to restoring hydration and having anti-aging properties. It’s also been shown to be anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. The anti-inflammatory properties help to soothe itching skin and heal scars. Extract the fresh gel from an aloe vera leaf. Apply the extract gel on your skin using a cotton swab. Wait for some time to dry on its own for 20-30 minutes, and then clean it off with warm water. If you don’t have fresh gel then you can buy the packed aloe vera gel from the market. Follow this procedure for a few days to see the visible result.


2. Use the Honey Mask


It is the perfect daily cleanser. “ The great thing about honey is that all types have really great properties, so it’s an awesome ingredient to use in its form,” says Cutrone. Honey helps to get a moisturized skin. It is a natural moisturizer that has been used for centuries to get rid of any kind of skin infection also. It’ll open your pores and get rid of the pesky blackheads while keeping your skin hydrated all day long. Finally, make sure you’re moving the honey from your face completely after trying out a face mask, treatment or cleanser.


3. Take Some Help from Baking Soda


The exfoliating, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of baking soda makes it a wonderful ingredient to help banish acne and pimples your skin. In addition to a glowing complexion to get rid of any spots, scars (especially those left behind by acne or pimples) or blemishes on your skin, mixing baking soda with lemon juice will help you create an effective and natural bleaching solution.


4. Use the Cucumber


Cucumbers contain nourishing and hydrating properties that help to get glowing skin. Cucumber has watery contents that bring brightness on skin. Cucumbers have excellent anti-inflammatory properties and can help soothe the skin. 5. Use the Turmeric

Those antioxidant properties have also been shown to extend to skincare. Mix two tablespoons of turmeric powder with 50 ml pineapple juice to make a thick paste. Apply it to your neck and face. Wait till the paste dries. Then clean it with lukewarm water. Follow this useful remedy two times a week to make your skin glow.


6. Apply the Coconut Oil


Coconut oil helps bolster your skin’s protective barrier layer, trapping moisture inside and keeping skin supple and hydrated. Reduces inflammation. Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for irritated, chafed skin. Increase collagen production. Carefully warm some coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave (3-4 second) or in a pan on the stove. Try to test the warmness on your hand. Apply the warm oil to your neck, face, legs and hands. Slowly massage it for 10 minutes. Finally, wash it with lukewarm water. Use coconut oil once daily to get glowing skin.


7. Use the Orange Peel


The abundant vitamin C and antioxidants in orange peels prevent your skin from getting too oily or dry. When applied to the skin, they also work as a toner, removing dead cells and dirt and tightening pores. In fact the peel protects the skin and promotes a healthy glow. What you have to do is, take an orange peel and dry it in sunlight. When it has dried off completely, grind it to powder. Now, add some water to the powder and make a paste. Use the paste to apply on the face and allow it to dry naturally. Wash your face off with normal water. Do it daily for best results.


8. Drink the Carrot Juice

Of course, we have heard about how good a carrot is for our bodily health, including eyes and hair; but the fact that it is a great skin booster is something unheard of. The presence of antioxidants in carrot juice makes it an amazing remedy to get glowing skin. It removes free radicals from the body and hence your face looks clear and glowing. It is also rich in vitamin A and beta-carotene, which plays an important role in improving the texture of the skin. Drink carrot juice on alternate days for effective results.


9. Make a Papaya Mask


Did you know that papaya is a versatile fruit and that papaya facial offers ample skin benefits? You can use papaya as an anti-ageing face mask as the alpha hydroxy acids in it prevent signs of aging, such as wrinkles and fine lines. That vitamin E and C rejuvenates your skin. Cut a ripe papaya into pieces. Mix the papaya with two teaspoons each of honey and sandalwood powder. Blend it into a paste using a blender. Apply it all over your neck and face. Wait for half an hour and then clean it with cool water.

10. Apply the Banana Paste


Banana face masks can help increase collagen via silica, thereby reducing the appearance of wrinkles, keeping your skin hydrated and smooth. Bananas are rich in antioxidants, which help to fight free radicals in the body. Applying antioxidants to your skin may help from free radical damage. You may also be left with more glowing skin. Mash a ripe banana and add 2 teaspoons of milk. Apply this banana paste evenly on the face and neck area. Leave this paste on the skin for about 10-15 minutes. Wash your face with water and then rub an ice cube on the neck and face area. Repeat this remedy twice a week to get favorable results.


11. Apply Avocado Mask


The avocado face mask is the best way to keep your skin moisturized. Avocado face masks contain vitamins A and E, these two vitamins are responsible for skin moisturization, and getting it from a natural source is the best thing you can do for your dry skin. Because it doesn’t moisturize the surface only, it moisturizes deep in your skin and stays in there. In addition, the avocado face mask is a great deep cleanser. Just peel one avocado fruit and remove the inner seed, then add 1 tbsp of honey. Avoid your eyes when you apply. Leave it on for 15 minutes or until dry it dries, and then wash it off with lukewarm water.


12. Make Use of Green Tea


Green Tea contributes to skin whitening due to the presence of antioxidants which benefits skin complexion. It helps in removing toxins from the body, skin whiter and reduces dullness. The richness of flavonoids in green tea will maintain the collagen production in the skin. It reduces the signs of aging and increases the elasticity of the skin. Combine green tea leaves with raw milk and rose water. Then apply this mixture on the skin and it helps in removing dark spots giving you fair and healthy skin. Apart from applying green tea on the skin, you can also drink it regularly for skin whitening. The green tea ingredients will definitely make your skin beautiful and healthy.


13. Drink Plenty of Water


Stay hydrated. According to Dr. Funt, first you need to stay hydrated for a healthier life . When you drink enough water, the cells in every part of your body hydres through the blood. Drinking enough water helps the body to flush out toxins while giving you glowing and healthier skin. What you have to do is drink at least 2 liters of water a day. It will remove toxins from the body and will give you glowing and clear skin. Also, it helps you lose weight. So keep drinking water and get healthy skin.


14. Get a Full Night of Sleep

During sleep, your skin blood flow increases, and the organ rebuilds its collagen and repairs damage from UV exposure, reducing wrinkles and age spots. After all, our body never stops working, especially when we’re asleep.
