They are a great way to boost your fruit and vegetable intake in a way that also gives you relief from the scorching heat on a hot summer day. Below is a list of five mouthwatering smoothie recipes that are perfect for a sultry summer day!


1. Orange Frenzy Smoothie


Ingredients

  1. ½ c. Mango

  2. ½ c. Peaches

  3. ½ c. Pineapple

  4. 5 oranges juiced

  5. Splash oat milk (or almond milk)


2. Strawberry Mango Delight


Ingredients

  1. 1 c. frozen strawberries

  2. 1 c. frozen mango chunks (can be substituted with bananas too)

  3. ½ c. vanilla greek yogurt

  4. 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

  5. 1 c. unsweetened coconut milk (any milk can be substituted)

  6. Water if needed
