1. Greek Yogurt


When it comes to yogurt there are so many different options for the healthiest option possible you should go with a plain non-fat yogurt. You can even add in your own fruit or nuts to mix it up.


2. Almonds


Almonds are very beneficial by being high in protein and fiber while also low in carbs. If you’re into almonds you could also try out almond milk too if you haven’t already.


3. Salmon


Salmon has an excellent source of protein while also being rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, adding fish into your diet while surely be beneficial as you can have many different ways to cook salmon and still getting all the benefits from it.


4. Spinach


Adding spinach into your daily meals is a great way to add more to your plate that will benefit you in the long run. These leafy greens provide Iron, Calcium, as well as being a food that can be added into many different dishes.

Everyone enjoys a bowl of oatmeal in the morning but did you know that it also provides so many different nutrients like Folate and even protein? If not this is the best time to start adding more oatmeal into your diet.
